Wow, Christine - sounds like you have a busy year ahead of you!

I have no doubt you'll live up to your focus statement even if detours happen. Here's to an excellent 2010!

Ellen, I tend to set the bar high. Then I accomplish so much more than setting it low. Reaching every goal won't happen, but many are checked as done if I set them down.

I know you will have an amazing year. I can't wait to read about your progress on the book.

Here's to 2010!

I think I might nick some of those goals. I never cease to be amazed at how focused you are in your writing journey, its inspiring.

Good luck with 2010 and I know it will be a good year.

Zoe, feel free to nick any or all of the goals. Thanks for your kind words. I think I am just focused on the writing because I love it and I am determined to give it my best effort.

But the key for me will to maintain a sense of humor and stay flexible throughout all the upcoming known wiggle times.

I am writing down my goals now, but they sure are not as ambitious...LOL

You rock!

Mary, we are all juggling different priorities. I love the top 5 list. It has already helped me solidify where I need to go with my first three months of tasks. I can't believe it is already the 1st! Wow, 2010!! Crazy. But here we are. I just had a lovely chat with a contest finalist and we agreed, family first. So it might take us longer to get to the finish line, but we'll have our peeps with us when we cross through the tape and they'll be cheering us on!

Can't wait to read your goals.

You have a lot of writing goals. That makes me think I should write out my writing goals for the year. Don't know if it would be as long as yours, but if I don't set my goals, how can I reach them?

The best thing about goals is you don't have to tackle them alone. I reached and surpassed several of my goals for last year solely because of your help and encouragement.

I hope I can do the same for you this year!
